So my dag ( 5 year old lab cocker mix) developed severe itching in 2012 after a year dealing with my vet, shampoos, creams, sprays, raw diet, no grain diet, home cooking and nothing working I was at my wits end. She literally had to wear a cone for over a year and she looked horrible and stunk. She had soars all over her eyes and her ears where a mess. She was so bad I was seriously considering ending her suffering. In 2014 A friend told me about dinovite and I started. Within weeks I saw a huge improvement and by the end of the first month she was almost miraculously fine. For the past three years she's been on dinovite and doing great but since my last order she started getting bad again and even though she's not there yet I feel like she's getting there. I don't know if the dinovite formula changed but right now she back on the cone and the dinovite which worked pefecty for the first couple of years doesn't seem to be wornking any more.

Note from Dinovite: Nothing has changed with the Dinovite formula and we constantly make it fresh. Sometimes dog food formulas change. Also, look at all the treats you are feeding, many are full of bad stuff.

Our 1-1/2 year old pit bull/mastiff mix has been itching and scratching from seasonal allergies since we got him 6 months ago. Our vet gave him a Cytopoint injection 2 weeks ago. It helped him with the itching/scratching (didn’t stop completely) but today, 2 weeks later, he started vomiting, shaking his head, rubbing his face on the carpet and was totally lethargic. I took him to a different vet this morning and she gave him a Vetalog injection. We are now doing allergy testing. After reading all these posts, I will be calling my original vet to let them know we will not be doing the CADI anymore!

Close monitoring in the beginning and after any dose adjustment is essential. Discontinue trilostane and contact your veterinarian immediately if signs of intolerance are seen. Common side effects include mild lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, and appetite reduction, especially in the beginning. Most reactions are minor and are reversed by decreasing the dose or discontinuing therapy, but serious or fatal Addisonian reactions are also possible. Side effects should be followed by electrolyte (sodium and potassium) and ACTH testing. Once symptoms resolve, the drug can be restarted at 50 percent dose reduction.

Bordetella in the nose killed my cat in 1 wk. Her kidneys gave out. Just the other day I took my 7 month old puppy to get Bordetella shot because I needed to board her. She was so sick and would not let me touch her that night. It took 4 days and I ended up canceling my trip to care for her. She is better but the place they injected her has a hard mass. I will never get this shot or put in the nose again for any pet. I should have learned 10 years ago when my cat died of kidney failure just after getting Bordetella in her nose. Please dont get this shot. Forge documents if you need to board your pet before doing this one. My puppy is not out of the woods. The hard mass from the shot may very well turn into cancer. I’m just sick.
